It is a life changing and incredibly empowering book!!! I typically do not bother writing reviews. This book deserves one. After reading it, I only wish I knew this information sooner. I probably never would have gotten to this age not using the right “recipe” for my own bone’s health and for my health in general. Beyond the vitamin therapy I discovered a lot of really great information that I believe everyone can use for stronger and healthier bones. The author offers friendly guidance, and I love how the book is broken into sections, especially the recommendations for all groups of ages. It also offers a totally, fresh perspective on what we can do to be proactive about our bone’s health. I must say that, I never realized until reading this book, how crucial the connection is between my liver and healthy bones. After reading this book, I've learned more about myself and certain mistakes I made during the years, regarding my health. My lack of discipline on taking care of my health implicit lack of taking the right vitamins, could cost me weakened unhealthy and less resistant bones, especially after giving birth of three wonderful kids. Daily worries and routines are “forcing” us to avoid and neglect on taking vitamins, or the right ones at right amount. This can make us pay later in life with deteriorated bones. I am glad that there are still many skilled people out there, who care and are willing to share their professional knowledge, helping many of us to understand how important our health is starting even with younger age. I advise everyone to read this book. You will love what you learn from it! Deeply thanks to the author.
