PUSHP LATA About Author PUSHP LATA, PhD; PGDTE (CIEFL, Hyderabad), is Assistant Professor, Languages Group and nucleus member, Public and Media Relations Unit, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan. She was responsible for the introduction of Public Speaking course at BITS Pilani in 2001. Dr. Pushp Lata has published many research articles on communication related topics. KUMAR, SANJAY About Author SANJAY KUMAR, PhD, is Consultant, Communication and Soft Skills Development Training, Pilani, Rajasthan. Formerly, he was faculty, BITS, Pilani; Reader and Chairperson, Department of English, Chaudhury Devi Lal University (CDLU), Sirsa; and faculty member at ICFAI Tech, Jaipur. He has conducted various workshops on Placement Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills for teachers. Dr. Sanjay Kumar has published many research articles and written several books.
