There are few things that instill more fear in the hearts of human beings than the verdict "you have cancer". For most patients, this is the equivalent of a death sentence, because of the extremely high mortality rate associated with most cancers - despite conflicting reassurances by medical doctors and costly treatment using orthodox methods.
