Carol contributes regularly to national newspapers, magazines and radio and television programmes. She has written over 70 cookery books on a wide range of subjects. She is a firm convert to and expert on microwave cooking and has acted as a contributor on the subject for the Sunday Telegraph Magazine. She has advised on various projects including the BBC's Masterchef.
