William E. Seifert, Jr., PhD is Senior Lecturer and Medical Biochemistry Course Director in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at The University of Texas--Houston Medical School. Henry W. Strobel, PhD is Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; Assistant Dean for Student Affairs; and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs at The University of Texas—Houston Medical School.
