About this eBook

A hilarious, heart-warming read from the No.1 bestselling author of The Christmas Invitation...

When Tansy Poole inherits a run-down shoe shop tucked away in the village of Sticklepond, ‘Cinderella’s Slippers’ is born – providing the footwear to make any fairytale wedding come true...

Carrying everything a bride would want to walk down the aisle in, Tansy’s shop soon expands to carry shoe-themed wedding favours, bridesmaid gifts and even delicious chocolate shoes. It’s the dream destination for any shoe-lover!

If only everything in her personal life could be as heavenly – but with a fiancé trying to make her fit into a size 8 wedding dress, not to mention the recent discovery of disturbing family revelations, Tansy takes refuge in the shop’s success.

But one man isn’t thrilled by the stream of customers hot-footing it to Cinderella’s Slippers... Actor Ivo Hawksley, resident of the cottage next to the shop, is troubled by a dark secret in his past and has come to Sticklepond to nurse his own broken heart.

However, Ivo realises that he and Tansy have a link in their past and soon, they both find out how secrets shared can make a very strong bond indeed...

I really loved that the woman who had brought up the young girl had taped her life for her to listen to after she was gone and that after finding out that her fiancee had cheated on her with her own step sister was a shock, she broke it off with him only to find another man had taken her heart Ivo hawksley the actor lived next door and knew his neighbour previously its a great story but I don't get why it only got 4.2 it should be 5

I just love each and every one of Trisha Ashleys novels. I have read them all at least 3 times each now. This one is in my top 3 though. if you are reading my review, and are deciding whether this book is for you, just buy it. You will have zero regret. Oh, but don't blame me, though, when you haven't seen outdoors for weeks and have spent all your luxury money buying the rest of Trishas books, because trust me, you will! :)

Really enjoy the way Miss Ashley writes her books. They keep me hanging on to see what is going to happen next. The humor of the English is so down to earth and just refreshing. Trendy granma
