This book is really hands on with its advice, techniques, and socialoutlook. The author seems like someone who's actually experienced the plight of a shy person, not only that, there are points made that would benefit people in general when gearing up to do anything nerve wracking, and not just approaching women. Easy read and will be referring to its material moving forward!

good read! clear and simple to understand. if you're shy and want to improve your social skills, especially with woman, then this book is for you. once you start reading, you won't stop. but it also depends on you motives and reasons for reading it.
