關於作者

Anthony Lawrenson, PhD, is an ex–Royal Air Force pilot and flying instructor. Over his thirty-five-year career in aviation, he has flown eleven military and civil aircraft types, most recently as a captain on Boeing 777s for a major international airline. He is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield University.

Clarence C. Rodrigues, PhD, is an associate professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering and advisor for the master’s degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineering (HSE) at Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He consults globally in the areas of HSE and operations engineering.

Shem Malmquist is an instructor at the Florida Institute of Technology, teaching aviation safety and accident investigation. As well as researching topics such as system safety engineering, he is a current Boeing 777 captain flying worldwide.

Matthew Greaves, PhD, is an independent consultant in the field of aviation safety and accident investigation. His most recent work includes operational safety data analysis in helicopters. He is a visiting fellow at Cranfield University where he worked for 10 years.

Graham Braithwaite, PhD, is the director of the Transport Systems Theme and head of the Safety and Accident Investigation Centre at Cranfield University. He holds a PhD in aviation safety management from Loughborough University and his work focuses on safety management, accident investigation, human factors, and the influence of culture on safety.

Stephen K. Cusick is an associate professor in the College of Aeronautics and director of the FAA Center of Excellence for General Aviation at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. He is a former U.S. Navy captain, aviator, and flight instructor.
