Wow!!! What a story. This is the second book of a series. And even more intense than the first. Char and Abram have so much going on. They try to take a vacation after everything that has happened to them and get thrown into a Sleeping Beauty story. I couldn’t wait to see how they got out of it and who was causing all of the problems. Love that Char starts to be able to tap into more of her powers. Loved the book it was great, the story was written well and the characters were interesting. This is a continuation from book one. Charisse and Abram arrive on the island of Grimoult for a much needed vacation. Before they know it their time off turns into a fight for survival. Charisse will have to learn to use her Conduit powers to save herself and Abram, Now innocent people are being lured to their deaths. Can she save them as well.
