Trish van der Nest can be described in many ways: mother, wife, daughter, friend, homeopath, lawyer, bioethicist, lecturer, divorce mediator, but underpinning them all lies the heart of a passionate foodie who simply loves to cook. Since the start of the Covid pandemic, Trish has found solace in the kitchen and comfort in the knowledge that, through food, she could provide nourishment for the soul as well as the body.
