Cryonics is probably the only novel - in any language - which addresses the human attempt to provisionally give up to the imperative of death by incurable disease, with a rational and sustainable hope that one could be back to life after several years preserved in liquid nitrogen.

The book assumes that within a few decades all forms of cancer - and other deadly diseases - may be eliminated and the patient can continue life, hence ending the long freezing “sleep”.

This is fiction, but not science fiction. Taking the form of a novel, impregnated with dialogues of scientific information - in clear language - the author deconstructs all objections of skeptics, who think that science and technology can not go beyond what was already achieved.
