This book attempts to reflect the project reality as closely as possible, covering the ISO 21500:2012 standard that has just been introduced and the benefits from the best contributions worldwide and also providing the concise yet powerful tool box. He has authored 6 books, edited 3 monographies, authored and co-authored about 60 publications and 10 patents primarily on project management. As a professional, he advocates the crucial role of human factor in project management, balanced with administrative (formulaic) processes.
