About the author
I have been engaged in research and development, design and construction work of chemical processes for many years, including environmental technology development and so forth. In addition, I have experienced many joint researches with Japanese and overseas research institutes and universities such as Fraunhofer Institute, Bayer, DuPont, and AIST, etc. And I've been a project manager for many of these. Based on these management experiences, I was also interested in sociology and clinical psychology.
