About the author

Dr. Prashant. P. Shetty, M.D.S., Ph.D., completed his Ph.D. in Dental Sciences and is currently Professor at Pacific Dental College, Debari, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. His areas of interest are playing chess, reading, writing articles, YouTuber, listening to Hindi and Kannada songs. The quest to discover the unknown also drew him to yoga, meditation and weight loss tips and he was fascinated by the vibrant culture of India and hence the book comes from experiences during Lockdown.
