About this ebook

I am Ren of Atikala. Warlord. Conqueror. Murderer. I have many stories yet to tell, but this one is the most bloody.
There was a time I thought I was a God. Something greater than inconsequential mortals; better than my kobold kin, better than elves and dwarves and everyone. Peerless. Indefatigable. Monomaniacal in my quest for superiority.
Everything I had done to lead me to this point ultimately hurt me. Death was my shadow and I cast it everywhere I went. It grew larger and larger, sucking in everyone around me and swallowing them whole.
Then it fell on me.
This is the story about why I am not a hero.
Book three of the Kobolds series.

A rather disappointing end for what was an awesome series. šŸ˜” The main character's personality completely shifted massively without cause. Her friendships all change from extremely close to at arm's length, she became completely uncaring and even brutal in her interactions with others. It was as if everything she learned in the second book disappeared. And then the ending failed to acknowledge her new personality or her old one...

I have recently finished reading this series and I can honestly say that I loved every part. The character development and relationships were all very interesting to watch grow and change into what they are now and it's a fresh take on the fantasy genre. I myself personally have not read any other book series like this. A story through the eyes of a "monster" a very good story and definitely worth the read!

Love the series. I like how Ren isn't this ultimate good person. Also I have a very serious issue about a certain copper dragon. You know what you did

About the author

I've always been thinking of stories for as long as I've been alive. I have way, way, way too many to tell and far too little time to tell them.

It was only in 2011 that I actually started shaping and weaving those random, jumbling, chaotic masses of thoughts into coherent narratives and began self-publishing.

I write a little science fiction, a little fantasy, a little humour and comedy, and a few other things all over the place.
