This guide serves as a resource in reviewing & modifying year 2000 objectives, as well as developing new objectives, for use by private & voluntary org's.; public health, mental health, substance abuse, & environmental agencies; Fed. gov't. agencies; & individuals interested in improving public health. Organized under the broad approaches of health promotion, health protection, & preventive services, the more than 300 national objectives are organized into 22 priority areas.
