Dr. Ewald Krainz, Jahrgang 1950, ist Professor für Gruppendynamik und Organisationsentwicklung an der Universität Klagenfurt, Managementtrainer, Organisationsberater und Vorsitzender der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Gruppendynamik und Organisationsberatung.
Dr. Ruth Simsa, Jahrgang 1962, ist Universitätsassistentin am Institut für allgemeine Soziologie und Wirtschaftssoziologie an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und Vorstandsmitglied der ÖGGO. Darüber hinaus arbeitet sie als freiberufliche Trainerin und Organisationsberaterin.
