Farzana Parveen Tajudeen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Decision Science, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya. She obtained her PhD from University of Malaya, Malaysia. She is a member of the Association for Information Systems (Malaysia).

Sedigheh Moghavvemi is Associate Professor of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Business & Economics at the Universiti Malaya, Malaysia

Thinaranjeney Thirumoorthi is senior lecturer in the Management and Marketing Department, Faculty of Business and economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia.
