2 days after purchasing, it did not open. I removed it from my library hoping I can save it again but can't do it. So, I just pressed "read" but again, the problem still exist. Can't open it. Am I able to get a refund please. Not interested on this book anymore. Wasted time in class trying to access it. I have to buy another one as I need it in class now.
