Great idea, interesting facts but there is always two sides. Sadly I don't live where fruirt grow all over the year and its sunny all the time otherwise I would give it a try.

I loved it there is so much bad advice out there that a person really needs to dig deep and get to the truth.Especially about fruit it is twisted back and fourth that fruit is terrible for you then again you hear it's the best thing for you.I liked this sample reading it answered many of my questions and I recommend reading it...

The information in this book is broken down and simple to understand. I feel like after all the research and studying I've done on nutrition and health, has been nothing compared to what I've learned from this book! This is what I should have started with to begin with!!! Even if you choose not to follow the lifestyle here (which i personally think you should try) just reading this and learning all the information, is totally worth the read! (Coming from someone who doesn't like to read-at all!)
