Amazing cook book to have. it's such a wonderful educational and it shows you how to properly utilize the Kito Diet. I have Seizures also my boys do to. we are on the keto diet due to the seizures with a Nutritionist. but this Book had helped us all more that any nutritionist. thank you for allowing us to truly understand and properly utilize the Kito Diet.
