its misleading as is all of the other literature oht there claiming to care and fix diabetes. sure for type rwo diabetes which proper diet and exercise would do anyway, typically. but there is this other type of diabetes called type 1 that people forget about. let's try all this stuff and quit taking tbe insulin ND see hkw much of a cure it is. quit misusing tbe term to herd people into believing tbagvthjs cares diabetes. it doesn't. get me a new pancreas and you might be onto something. your cookbook isn't gonna fix that. start labeling tour rhetoric as type 2, don't blanket term it with type 1.
