Agus Fernando is a lecturer in the business administration department of President University, Indonesia. He holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, specializing in international business and trade. His main research areas are the internationalization of SMEs, entrepreneurship, trade policy, and global strategic management. He has participated in various formal and informal seminars and training in global business strategy and international trading. Apart from being a lecturer, he is a business consultant and business coach who helps companies in business management and company growth in achieving their goals and targets. He serviced various companies as a consultant and coach, such as SMEs, private companies, and state-owned enterprises. Agus Fernando has also been invited to serve as a resource person for indoor and outdoor training for various business organizations and institutions in business strategy and growth management. Furthermore, he has worked in various industries, from staff to top management.
