Sydney Finkelstein is the Steven Roth Professor of Management at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Will Mitchell is the J. Rex Fuqua Professor of International Management and Professor of Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Margaret A.
