As one of the original owners, Marie was so inspired by Aaron and Adam’s vision that she remains the matriarch of the Blue Osa family. Born in Algeria and raised in the south of France, Marie is a self-taught chef who has crafted a healthy, yet sophisticated jungle menu for Blue Osa.
