I very much enjoyed this book - despite having read it before when it was the interactive story. That is the genius of Elise's writing - even though I knew the plot, the book was very entertaining. I love the witty dialogue, the artful development of each character, and the mix of romance and action. As someone who has read every book Elise has published, I also enjoy that the characters (who also have their own books) are recurring, with the occasional introduction of a new character who will have their own book later on. For this book in particular, her descriptions of a place I have never visited were intriguing, yet not so long-winded that my eyes glazed over, as is the case with some other authors. I was never tempted to skip a sentence here and there - another testament to Elise's entertaining writings. I am now holding my breath for the next release (while reading the newest interactive story to tide me over).

Copper Elise Noble always uses humor to develop her characters and plots. Copper does not disappoint. Elise uses Taisiya (Tai) Beaulieu as a means to introduce new characters as well as incorporate old friends during her spur of the moment adventure. I really enjoyed meeting Miles Bradley and learning about his archeological digs which adds intrigue and peril to the challenges Tai encounters. "I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book"

Tia wanted a change, an adventure. Life will never be the same again for her again. Which is good for us because it makes excellent reading. I had to read again to see if it was as good second time around and it was - even better if that is possible. Elise's books are always brilliant and this one didn't disappoint. I have never been to Egypt but Elise knows the country well, so this book contains a great deal of local colour.
