This compelling approach provides academics with a new way of thinking about employee behaviour while also acting as a guide for practitioners and managers.
O autorovi
Chia-Huei Wu is an associate professor at Durham University. His research focuses on proactive behaviour, work and personality development, and subjective well-being. He earned his PhD degree at the University of Western Australia.
