About this eBook

When a penniless Earl saves a beautiful folk healer, the secrets between them may be too much for their love to bear in this Regency romance novel.Staffordshire, England, 1814. With his estate near bankruptcy, Simon Blakesworth, Earl of Hartsfield, already has a perilous secret to keep. Still, when he finds Mia Featherstone badly beaten, he doesn't hesitate to shelter her in his home—and offer his hand in marriage. Simon has always loved the beautiful healer, but Mia is concealing secrets of her own.

Mia has discovered valuable artifacts hidden on Simon’s land. Keeping them to herself, she used those artifacts to save her patients' lives. Now she must search in secret to find the rest of the cache, this time to help Simon save his home. But their passion is making it impossible for Mia to ever walk away—even from a love that may not survive the truth.

It has been literal years since I have read historical romance based in England. I always loved the thrill of royalty, especially after Princess Diana but after all she went thru and her horrible death, I've stayed away from what most little girls dream of when they dream of finding their 'Prince Charming'. . .This being said, I absolutely loved this story and can't wait to continue reading about these extremely sexy men and the women who captured their hearts.
