This was exactly what I needed for now. It was an overview of all aspects of starting and running a recruiting business. It will help you determine if Executive Recruiting is a good fit for you. If you are looking for a step by step guide this isn't quite the book for that, but it has very useful information and resources that will assist with the preparation of starting your recruiting business. The next step will most likely be to write my business plan and acquire industry specific training through one of the recruiting associations that was mentioned in the book. I would like to learn more about researching and call scripting.
