I have loved making these recipes. I agree that some of the ingredients are unusual, but I have been able to find them at my local health food store or Trader Joe's. The all-time favorites for us have been the graham crackers and the granola. I love baking, but when I stopped eating wheat it was hard to find a decent recipe for any treats. This book has brought some fun back to my kitchen.
