关于此电子书

Clinical skills have been on the decline over the past many years. This book is an easy-to-read effort at the essential but in-depth approach (with explanations) to patient information generation (History and Physical Examination) and the correct documentation (and presentation) of such in a standardised format. It also guides on how to engage in the follow-up analytical and logically derived appropriate conclusions, the diagnosis.

To the trainee (medical undergraduate and paediatric postgraduate), it exposes them to the fundamentals of clinical practice skills helping them self-develop their skills thereby guaranteeing a resultant success in practice and Clinical examinations.

To the clinicians and trainers, this is their trusted companion to imbue them with the necessary confidence in their clinical practice and training needs.
