I loved this book SOOOOO much. I felt some sympathy toward Queen Levana, but when it got to the murder of Princess Selene the sympathy drowned. I always wondered how Queen Channary came to die, but the book explains it. I also wondered how Queen Levana got hold of Princess Winter, and I understand the connection between Princess Winter and one of the guards. I recommend reading this book when you are done with all of the books. You can actually understand the concept of the story plot.
