The English Garden is the universal measure of all things related to garden design. It is in the UK that the great garden designers live and work and where a major gardening movement has developed over the last few decades, influencing the rest of the world with its ideas and vision. Acerca del autor

Heidi Howcroft is an English educated landscape architect, who has worked and published extensively in Germany. She is the author of over 20 garden books and has a wide knowledge of contemporary and historical landscapes. When she is not writing, leading garden tours or searching for new gardens, she enjoys tending her cottage garden in a small village in Somerset, England.
