Acerca del autor

Kenyon M. Evans-Nguyen is a Professor of Chemistry and Director of the Forensic Science program at The University of Tampa. He received his B.A. in Biochemistry from Maryville College in 1998. He worked in the Orlando Regional Crime Laboratory of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement from 1998 until 2000, when he began graduate school at UNC-Chapel Hill. After earning his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry in 2005, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in the laboratory of his wonderful mentor, Dr. Bob Cotter. He subsequently joined the faculty at The University of Tampa in 2009, where he teaches forensic science to undergraduates and conducts research in forensic mass spectrometry. Outside of work, he enjoys splashing around in the pool with his wife Theresa and children Penelope and Oliver.
