Dr. Sara S. Morrison has been a physical therapist in Harnett County since 2002. She received her Bachelor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University at Buffalo of N.Y. and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Arcadia University. In 2008 she opened Total Body Therapy & Wellness in Lillington, NC. The goal was to provide exceptional “Big City Care” in a small-town community.

Dr. Morrison has obtained several certifications throughout her career and created several customized physical therapy programs to help heal her community. She has written five books in the Live Your Life! series to educate her community that natural healing is possible and effective. In addition, Dr. Morrison provides FREE books to all her patients to further their knowledge on natural healing and make the best choices for themselves.
