I love the warmth of this book and Jasper Creek. Beloved characters from other series add color (and remind me that I need to reread some other beloved books). Caitlyn O'Leary has a special talent to spin her stories and build wonderful families within a series. And keep me reading late into the night. In this book Millie and Renzo, each with scars, find their way. Bravo!! I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Such a sweet story. I loved discovering how Renzo became a Drakos...that is one amazing family. Given he was molded by the Drakos, Renzo is the perfect man for Millie. He is understanding and able to gauge and adjust to her internal wars and feelings, and patient enough to wait her out for an HEA. Millie believes she is weak and incapable of happy, but she's really fierce and strong and fiesty, and her character was so fun especially with her first interactions with Renzo.
