Very enjoyable quick read. Interesting storyline for sure and very well written. Sixteen year old Dee Johnson was in love her best friend, Jed Brown. She thought their relationship was just getting started when he disappeared without a word. Ten years later he's back, with an unbelievable story and questions that need answered. Can she trust herself not to lose her heart to him again, and is she ready to face what lies ahead? This is a good one for a lazy afternoon read. I recommend it.

This story was quite different. I do think Nick could have been developed a bit more. Someone should have proof-read the story as an English teacher would. The story had different plot. I found quite entertaining.

The second book in the Rags to Riches series is actually A novella. It's Dee and Jed's story. If you read the first book... Not necessary to understand this book, but oh so good and you will " get" Dee's personality oh so much more if you do. This Book is both A peek back in time as well as A wonderful second chance Romance. A Prince in Plain Sight is a second novella by a newer Tule Publishing author with the same theme of a Prince. I was excited to find a new jewel hidden in this book as well. Yea. Always fun to find new authors and this was a unique way to meet a new friend.
