Ratings and reviews

I didn't get past the introduction. The author used "further" when "farther" was required and then described a brutal murder in terms that would impress a seventeen year old boy. I think $5.00 is not too much to pay to avoid such illiterate rubbish, but I will certainly avoid this author henceforth. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to indicate zero "stars".

I thought this was a really great story, it had a lot of good points in it and it felt so real, especially because D.I. Kim Stone had been through so much trauma herself, best one in the series I have read so far.

One of my favourite series of books. This is another page turner and the plot was non stop. It was also educational and you can never have too much of that. Well worth a read, loved it
