Alex needs a plus 1 for an event where his ex is attending. Lucy reluctantly agrees to attend and things between them thaw and heat takes over. Their relationship blossoms but trust is a big issue, especially coming to the fore when he accuses her of using him to advance herself. Good thing Lucy is forgiving and Christmas is the time for making things better. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Opposites attract and the emotion explodes. Holiday Heat is a temptation that goes right to the heart. Ryder keeps the story short and sweet with characters that make a lasting impression.

Lucy and Alex have a mutual attraction to each other, but Alex thinks Lucy is off limits because she is his friends sister-in-law. But after helping each other out with some events, they eventually give into their attraction. But Alex has trust issues after being used for his name by ex girlfriends, so when Lucy ends up getting a job with his baseball team as their official photographer, he thinks she used him for his status, what happens when he realises his mistake, will she forgive him.
