About this ebook

What makes a successful nonprofit?

The measure of a nonprofit is the ability to make a positive impact on the user community.  The nonprofit exists for no other reason than to deliver high quality services and products that benefit society.   Hard work, inspiration, aspirations, a dedicated staff, and wishful thinking are not enough to guarantee a sustainable future.

To ensure a bright future, the nonprofit must think, act, plan, learn, and live as one organism.  Leaders must embed a culture that promotes forward thinking.  Don’t leave the future to chance.  This book will help you to create, lead and manage the future.
