Since purpose of any investment project is to produce certain product or services, investors, entrepreneurs and banks have to selection from many investment alternatives and various products and services.
At this point for maturation of an investment idea, a detailed examination on the business idea on economical, technical, financial and legal point contexts and preparation of feasibility reports of a possible investment areas promising earnings are necessary.
In this study, I tried to explain conditions and calculations effecting investment decisions.
The study aims to direct project authorities, related people and those who want to learn on this subject by calculating predictable areas.

Acerca del autor
He was born in İstanbul, in August 1970. He entered furniture sector which was his father's working area in his childhood years. He continued his training in vocational high school (1985) and BA (1991) on the same subject. He has a professional experience more than twenty five years in furniture sector.
He has developed knowledge and experience in every area of the sector in his career and succeeded in carrying out many feasibility and application studies about foundation of furniture production facilities as the most competent person.
He had experience in production, planning, project, R&D, P&D, Factory director and General director positions in different enterprises.
He also carried out feasibility and application studies for these factories on moving an existing factory to a new location and/or increasing production volume.
His tasks included preliminary preparation, execution of works after moving of factory, distribution, follow up and control duties. Location of machines to existing areas of factory, carrying out arrangements and reorganization studies, formation of white and blue collar staff and training personnel in these groups were planned by him successfully.
