Bruce M. Stachenfeld, Esq. is a mega rainmaker in real estate, a marketing guru, a columnist, and the founder and managing partner of a highly respected top law firm in New York City. For many years, Bruce just labored as a worker bee. Through figuring out the magic of the Power Niche, Bruce grew from a complete marketing disaster to great success and created a multi-million-dollar firm. Bruce is a graduate of Tufts University and Harvard Law School. He is a columnist for Above The Law (ATL) and writes and publishes The Real Estate Philosopher®. Although Bruce currently resides in New York City, his hometown is Chatham, New Jersey.
