Fantastic book which collects the traditional recipes of the original bolognese cooking tradition. A must for those who want to learn how to correctly prepare an exquisite plate of lasagne or tortellini! Don't miss it! I added a couple of garlic gloves to the ragu recipe and its fantastic! ask to my husband!
