Dabei spielen das informelle Arbeitshandeln der Innovationsakteure und die Auseinandersetzung mit neuen – formellen – Organisationsstrukturen in der Produktinnovation eine zentrale Rolle. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse entwickelt die Autorin einen neuen Erklärungsansatz für Belastung und Umgang mit Ambivalenzen im Arbeitsprozess auf der konkreten Arbeitsebene.
