This is a sales pitch. It offers very little help other than to dive further into the author's other products. You can skip this book unless you want to waste your money.

This is not the fill book! Its an instaread which sums up the main points and gives some elaboration. I enjoyed it, and found the examples , tips, and layout helpful and easy to read.
