Marvin I. Schwarz, MD is the James C. Campbell Professor of Pulmonary Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Schwarz is also co-head in the Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. Talmadge E. King, Jr., MD is the Julius R. Krevans Distinguished Professorship in Internal Medicine Chair in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in San Francisco, California.
