The last and the third way that parents use to communicate with their children is the assertive way. So far, this is the most perfect way to communicate with kids at all time and levels. Assertive communication is firm, confident, warm, positive, clear, and consistent. Assertive communication with kids is a skill, and it shows to kids that dad and mom know what they are about to say and will make them eventually listen.
It's also very important for parents to understand that the importance of making their children listen to them is as equal as listening to them.
