I just read The Career Playbook. cover to cover on a plane ride from Europe. It is a great read, filled with examples and very good advice. I plan to purchase several copies for the many 20 somethings i know who sometimes come to me for advice. Jim covers many situations and just calls it straight. I am thrilled to have a book like this to give them because it reinforces so many things, things many of us have learned over time and/or the hard way.
