I absolutely LOVE this book!! Who would have thought that fresh bread every day could be so simple? My husband loves European style breads (especially French baguette and heavy peasant breads) and he has been in heaven. I used to use my bread machine often, but it hasn't seen the light of day since I got started with this book. I'm afraid it's destined for the shelves at Goodwill :) I also have not bought any bread from the store nor have I purchased frozen pizza...I use the Olive Oil Dough recipe for the base, toss on whatever toppings we have on hand, and slide it onto the baking stone. In 10 minutes or so we have the best pizza ever! I highly recommend this book...it will change your life. And it really is that easy!!

I discovered this book through the recommendation of my brothers and my father. I had never baked bread before, but this book makes it a snap! Not only is the bread is easy to make, it is delicious and it looks good too. This book will revolutionize the way bread is made.
