About the author
Jerry L. Sumney is Professor of Biblical Studies at Lexington Theological Seminary. He is the author of The Bible: An Introduction (Fortress), Colossians: A Commentary (Westminster), and the co-editor of Paul and Pathos (Society of Biblical Literature).
